스테이크 로제 파스타, 랍스타 바질 올리오, 레몬에이드, 자몽에이드까지 완벽한 조합으로 먹었는데,
하나도 빠짐없이 다 맛있었어. 너랑 같이 가면 더 좋을 것 같은 곳이야.

We had the perfect combination of steak rose pasta, lobster basil olio, lemonade, and grapefruit ade, and everything was delicious. It would be even better if we went with you.

 

 

🥖 식전빵이 너무 맛있어서 계속 리필했어 The bread before the meal was so delicious that we kept refilling it.

보통 식전빵은 그냥 주니까 먹는 정도잖아?
근데 여긴 빵부터 퀄리티가 남다르더라.
겉은 바삭하고 속은 따뜻하고 부드러운데, 버터랑 곁들여 먹으니까 진짜 고소하고 풍미가 확 살아.

Usually, you just eat the bread before the meal, right? But the quality of the bread here was different. The outside was crispy, the inside was warm and soft, and when you eat it with butter, it was really rich and flavorfu

이게 너무 맛있어서, 파스타 나오기도 전에 우리 몇 번이고 리필했어.
솔직히 이 빵이 따로 판매만 해도 사 먹을 정도였어.

It was so delicious that we refilled it several times before the pasta even came out. Honestly, if this bread was sold separately, I would have bought it.

 

 

🥣 식전 스프도 기본 이상이야! The pre-meal soup is also above average

스프도 나왔는데, 기대 안 했는데 생각보다 깊은 맛이 나더라.
너 크리미한 거 좋아하잖아? 딱 그 스타일이야.
부드럽고 진한 크림 맛이 고급지게 퍼지는 느낌이라 빵이랑 같이 먹으니 딱 좋았어.
이쯤 되니 메인 요리 기대감이 확 올라가더라.

The soup came out, and I didn't expect much, but it had a deeper flavor than I expected. You like creamy things, right? It's just that style. The smooth and rich cream flavor spreads luxuriously, so it was perfect when eaten with bread. At this point, my anticipation for the main dish really went up.

 

🍝 스테이크 로제 파스타 – 꾸덕하면서 깊은 맛 Steak Rose Pasta - Rich and Deep Flavor

 

내가 시킨 스테이크 로제 파스타, 이거 진짜 강추야.
로제 소스가 꾸덕한데도 느끼하지 않고 깊은 감칠맛이 나더라.

I really recommend the steak rose pasta that I ordered. The rose sauce was rich, but it didn't feel greasy and had a deep savory flavor.

 

 

그리고 스테이크 퀄리티가 진짜 좋아.

보통 파스타에 들어가는 고기는 사이드 느낌인데,
여긴 제대로 구운 부드럽고 육즙 가득한 스테이크 조각이 듬뿍 들어가 있어.

And the steak quality was really good. Usually, the meat that goes into pasta is like a side dish, but here, there are plenty of soft, juicy steak pieces that are properly grilled.

 

고기랑 파스타 같이 먹으면 크리미한 소스에 부드러운 고기,  쫄깃한 면발 조합이 완벽해.
진짜 한 입 먹고 ‘이건 무조건 너랑 다시 와야겠다’ 싶었어.

When you eat meat and pasta together, the combination of creamy sauce + soft meat + chewy noodles is perfect. After just one bite, I thought, 'I have to come back with you again.

 

🦞 랍스타 바질 올리오 – 깔끔하고 세련된 맛 Lobster Basil Olio – Clean and Sophisticated

 

같이 간 친구가 시킨 랍스타 바질 올리오도 맛봤는데,
이건 또 완전 다른 매력이더라.

올리오 특유의 깔끔하면서도 감칠맛 도는 맛에
탱글탱글한 랍스타가 큼직하게 올라가 있어서 식감이 너무 좋아.

I also tried the Lobster Basil Olio that my friend ordered, but this one had a completely different charm. The clean and savory taste unique to Olio and the large, chewy lobster pieces on top made it so delicious.

 

바질 향이 은은하게 퍼지면서 부담스럽지 않고, 먹을수록 중독되는 맛이야.
너는 로제보다 이런 깔끔한 스타일 좋아하잖아?
이거 너 취향 저격일 거야.

우린 늘 둘이 가면 하나씩 시켜서 반반 나눠 먹잖아?
이 조합으로 나눠 먹으면 완벽할 듯.

The basil scent spreads gently, so it’s not overwhelming, and the more you eat, the more addictive it becomes. You like this clean style more than Rosé, right? This will be your taste. When we go together, we always order one and split it in half, right? This combination would be perfect if we shared it.

 

 

🍹 레몬에이드 & 자몽에이드 – 상큼한 마무리 Lemonade & Grapefruitade – Refreshing Finish

메뉴가 전체적으로 진한 맛이라 중간중간 상큼한 게 필요했는데,
레몬에이드랑 자몽에이드가 조합이 딱 좋았어.

레몬에이드는 새콤달콤하면서 깔끔했고,
자몽에이드는 은은한 쌉싸름한 맛 덕분에 느끼함을 확 잡아주더라.
음료까지 신경 써서 만들었다는 느낌이 들었어.

The menu is overall strong, so I needed something refreshing here and there, and the combination of lemonade and grapefruitade was perfect. The lemonade was sweet and sour, but clean, and the grapefruit ade had a subtle bitterness that really took the edge off the richness. I felt like they put a lot of thought into the drinks.

 

🏠 분위기 & 시스템 – 참고할 점 몇 가지 Atmosphere & System - A few things to note

여기 내부도 깔끔하고 모던해서 분위기가 꽤 고급스러워.
가볍게 한 끼 먹기에도 좋고, 모임이나 기념일 같은 날 오기도 좋겠더라.

The interior is neat and modern, so the atmosphere is quite luxurious. It's good for a light meal, and it's also good for gatherings or special occasions.

 

 

근데 몇 가지 참고할 점이 있어.

주차장이 조금 협소해서 차 가져갈 거면 미리 확인하는 게 좋을 것 같아.

테이블마다 키오스크가 있어서 주문을 직접 해야 해.
웨이터가 따로 주문 받는 시스템이 아니라서,
처음 가면 조금 낯설 수도 있는데 금방 익숙해지더라.

But there are a few things to note. The parking lot is a little small, so if you're going to drive, it's a good idea to check in advance. There's a kiosk at each table, so you have to order yourself. It's not a system where waiters take your order separately, so it might feel a little unfamiliar if you go for the first time, but you'll get used to it quickly.
