친구야! 나 어제 오산 홍화루 다녀왔는데 진짜 대박이었어. 너 중화요리 좋아하잖아? 여긴 안 가본 사람은 있어도 한 번만 간 사람은 없다는 전설(?)의 맛집이야!

수원 홍화루랑 같은 체인인데, 주인이 직접 운영하고, 주인과 주방장등 일하는 분들은 한국어 가능한 중국 화교분이 담당해서 진짜 제대로 된 맛을 내더라고.
 It's the same chain as Suwon Honghwaru, but the owner runs it himself, and the owner, chef, and other workers are Chinese who can speak Korean, so they really make it taste good.

 
 
요즘 어디 가면 중화요리가 다 비슷비슷하고 특별한 맛을 찾기 힘들잖아? 근데 홍화루는 진짜 달라. 한 번만 가면 안 되는 곳이야.
These days, Chinese food is all similar everywhere you go, and it's hard to find something special. But Honghwaru is really different. It's a place you shouldn't go to just once.
 
 
우리는 굴짬뽕, 간짜장, 깐풍기를 시켰는데 완전 만족! 특히 글짬뽕은 국물이 진하면서도 깔끔하고, 해물이 엄청 푸짐하게 들어가서 먹는 내내 감탄했어. 새우와 굴이 정말 마음에 들었어.
We ordered Geuljjamppong, Ganjjajang, and Kkanpunggi, and we were completely satisfied! Geuljjamppong in particular had a rich yet clean broth, and it had a lot of seafood in it, so I was amazed the whole time I was eating it. I really liked the shrimp and oysters.

 
 
그냥 얼큰하기만 한 짬뽕이 아니라 깊은 감칠맛이 느껴지는 국물이라 국자 들고 계속 떠먹게 되더라고. 면도 쫄깃해서 국물이랑 잘 어우러졌지.
It's not just a spicy jjamppong, but a broth with a deep savory flavor, so I kept eating with a ladle. The noodles were chewy and went well with the broth.

 
 
짜장면도 요즘 달기만 한 곳들이 많은데 여기는 달지 않고 깊은 맛이 나서 너무 좋았어. 적당히 고소하면서도 감칠맛이 쫘악 퍼지는 느낌? 게다가 면도 탱탱해서 딱 내 스타일이었어.
There are many places that are just sweet for Jjajangmyeon these days, but this place is not sweet and has a deep flavor, which is really good. It’s moderately rich, but the savory flavor spreads out quickly? Plus, the noodles are chewy, which is just my style.

 
 
그리고 깐풍새우! 이거 진짜 끝내줬어. 바삭하면서도 속은 촉촉하고, 소스가 너무 과하지 않아서 딱 적당히 스며들어 있더라고. 어떤 곳은 너무 눅눅하거나 소스가 강해서 질리는 경우도 있는데, 여기는 먹으면 먹을수록 계속 당기는 맛이었어.
And the fried shrimp! This was really great. It was crispy, but the inside was moist, and the sauce wasn’t too strong, so it soaked in just the right amount. Some places are too soggy or the sauce is too strong, so it’s boring, but this place has a flavor that keeps you wanting more the more you eat.

 
 
또 하나 마음에 들었던 게 음식에 들어가는 재료 크기! 야채든 새우든 큼직큼직해서 씹는 맛이 제대로야. 뭐랄까, 대충 자른 게 아니라 큼직하게 썰어서 재료 본연의 식감도 살리고, 보기에도 푸짐해 보여서 먹는 재미가 있더라고.
Another thing I liked was the size of the ingredients in the food! Whether it’s vegetables or shrimp, they’re big and chewy, so you can really taste the flavor. It’s not roughly cut, but rather cut into big pieces, so you can keep the original texture of the ingredients, and it looks generous, so it’s fun to eat.

 
 
사실 나도 중화요리 맛있는 곳 찾는 거 꽤 신중하게 보는데, 주변에서 어디가 맛있냐고 물어보면 이제는 무조건 오산 홍화루 추천할 것 같아. 너도 한 번 가봐! 가족끼리 가기도 좋고, 양도 넉넉해서 배 터지게 먹을 수 있어. 다음에 같이 가서 더 다양한 메뉴도 시켜보자! 우리 맛있는 거 먹으면서 또 수다 떨자! 참고로 주차도 편해😊🍜🥢
