금산인삼축제 구경하다가 유명하다는 김정이삼계탕 앞에 사람들이 길게 줄을 서 있더라.
‘이 정도면 뭔가 있겠다’ 싶었지.
축제 열기로 뜨거운 거리 속에서도, 그 향긋한 인삼 냄새가 코끝을 스치는데
벌써부터 몸이 따뜻해지는 기분이었어.

 

 

While visiting the Geumsan Ginseng Festival, I saw a long line of people standing in front of the famous Kim Jeong-i Samgyetang. I thought, "This must be something." Even amidst the festival-filled streets, the fragrant scent of ginseng wafted past my nose, and I felt my body warming up already.

 

 

 

🍲 한 숟갈마다 느껴지는 진심 Feeling the sincerity in every spoonful

삼계탕은 국물이 정말 진했어.
닭살은 부드럽게 익었고, 인삼과 대추, 찹쌀이 어우러져
“이게 바로 건강의 맛이구나” 싶었지.

 

 

느끼함 없이 깔끔하게 떨어지는 국물 맛이 계속 숟가락을 부르더라.
가격도 축제 시즌치곤 나름 합리적이었고,
“보양식 한 그릇 제대로 했다!”는 말이 절로 나왔어.

 

 

 

 

The samgyetang broth was incredibly rich. The chicken was tender, and the ginseng, jujubes, and glutinous rice blended together, and I thought, "This is the taste of health." The broth was clean and refreshing, without being greasy, and I couldn't stop eating. The price was reasonable for the festival season, and I couldn't help but exclaim, "This is a good bowl of nutritious food!"

가게 안은 축제 손님들로 북적였지만
직원분들이 빠르게 움직여서 기다림이 길지 않았어.
인삼 향이 은은하게 퍼진 식당 안은
딱 ‘금산의 향기’를 느낄 수 있는 공간이었지.

입구엔 각종 인삼 제품이 진열돼 있어서
“여긴 금산이구나” 싶은 자부심이 느껴졌어.

 

 

 

The restaurant was bustling with festivalgoers, but the staff moved quickly, so the wait wasn't long. The restaurant, with its subtle ginseng aroma, was a place where you could truly experience the "scent of Geumsan." The entrance was filled with a display of various ginseng products, and I felt a sense of pride, "This is Geumsan!"
