보성 대한다원 들렀다가 점심으로 부용산꼬막정식에 갔지.
이곳은 벌교천 앞 꼬막거리에 있어서 찾기 어렵지 않더라.

 

 

식당 안은 점심시간이라 그런지 손님들로 북적북적! 정신이 없을 정도였어.
그래도 음식 나오는 속도는 빠르고, 반찬 하나하나 정갈했어.

메인인 꼬막정식은 역시 기대를 저버리지 않았지.

 

 

삶은 꼬막을 까먹는 건 기술이 필요하지만, 익숙해지면 그 손맛이 꽤 재미있어.
꼬막무침은 살짝 새콤해서 밥 한 숟가락이 절로 올라가더라.
함께 나온 낙지호롱이도 쫄깃하고 매콤달콤 — 입맛 돋우는 데 딱이었어.

 

 

 

 

After stopping by Daehan Dawon in Boseong, I went to Buyongsan Cockle Set for lunch. It's located on Cockle Street in front of Beolgyo Stream, so it wasn't hard to find. The restaurant was bustling with customers, perhaps because it was lunchtime! It was almost hectic. Still, the food came out quickly, and each side dish was exquisite.

 

 

 

The main dish, Cockle Set, lived up to expectations. Peeling boiled cockle requires skill, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite enjoyable. The seasoned cockle was slightly sour, so I couldn't resist eating a spoonful of rice. The octopus stew that came with it was chewy, spicy, and sweet—a perfect way to whet my appetite.

‘부용산꼬막정식’은 보성 벌교읍 벌교천 앞에 자리하고 있어.
바로 옆에는 꼬막거리가 이어져 있어서 산책하기에도 좋아.

산 아래에는 작은 마을과 논밭이 펼쳐져, 보성 특유의 여유로운 풍경을 즐길 수 있어.

For reference, **Buyongsan (芙蓉山)** is a low mountain located south of Beolgyo-eup. It's said to have been named for its beauty, resembling a lotus flower. Below the mountain lie small villages and rice paddies, offering a uniquely Boseong-style, relaxing atmosphere.
