밥 위에 올라간 시금치, 콩나물, 호박,당근등의 나물과 야채, 참기름이 잘 어우러져서
한 숟갈마다 고소하면서도 깔끔한 맛이 느껴졌어.
원하는대로 넣을 수 있는 고추장 양념이 과하지 않아서
여행 중 먹는 한 끼로 딱 좋은 균형이었어.

안동국시는 안동 지역 전통 국수 요리로 불리고,
면은 칼국수같았어. 전에 먹었던 국시는 가는 세면이었는데.
옥정뜰에서는 한 상 차림으로 깔끔하게 나와서 만족도가 높았어.
국물은 맑지만 감칠맛이 풍부했고
면발은 쫄깃하면서 부드럽게 넘어갔어.
간이 심심해 양념장을 넣어 먹으니 맛있어.

Andong Guksi is a traditional noodle dish from the Andong region, and the noodles were similar to kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). The guksi I've had before was thin and savory. At Okjeongtteul, the dish was presented in a clean, nutty form, which was very satisfying. The broth was clear but rich in savory flavor, and the noodles were chewy yet smooth. If the seasoning wasn't quite right, I added some seasoning sauce, which was delicious.
