친구야, 이번에 가평 갔다가 크래머리라는 브루어리 겸 레스토랑을 다녀왔는데,

생각보다 훨씬 좋아서 너한테 꼭 소개하고 싶었어.

자연 속에 툭 떨어진 느낌이라 공기도 맑고, 공간 자체가 너무 여유롭더라.

여긴 진짜 바베큐 + 맥주 조합 좋아하는 사람이라면 무조건 환장할 곳임.

 

 

 

Hey, my friend, I recently visited a brewery and restaurant called Kraemerly in Gapyeong. It was even better than I expected, so I really wanted to share it with you. It felt like it was nestled in nature, with fresh air and a very spacious atmosphere. If you love the combination of barbecue and beer, this is a place you'll absolutely adore.

🎈 가평 어느 골짜기에 조용히 자리 잡은 브루어리

🎈 외관부터 미국 중서부 분위기 물씬

🎈 안쪽은 탁 트인 통유리창, 천장 높아서 개방감 최고

🎈 야외석도 있어서 햇살 좋은 날엔 바람 맞으며 마시기 딱!

🎈 여행 중간에 들러서 쉬어가기 정말 좋아. 드라이브 코스로도 괜찮고.

🎈 A brewery quietly nestled in a valley in Gapyeong 🎈 The exterior exudes a Midwestern vibe. 🎈 The interior features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings, creating a truly open and airy atmosphere. 🎈 There's also outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a drink in the breeze on a sunny day! 🎈 It's a great place to stop and take a break during your trip. It's also a great spot for a drive.

여기 바베큐, 솔직히 기대도 안 했는데 진짜 맛있었어.

✔️ 훈연향 짙은 통소시지

✔️ 바삭하고 고소한 치킨

✔️ 감자·프라이·그릴야채까지 구성 넉넉

✔️ 둘이 먹어도 적당하고 셋이 먹으면 딱 좋을 양

 

 

 

고기 질도 괜찮고 풍미가 살아 있

어서 *‘여기 바베큐 잘하네?’*라는 말이 절로 나오더라.
소스도 다양해서 취향대로 찍어 먹는 맛이 있음.

 

 

🍖 What we had: BBQ Platter Honestly,

I wasn't expecting much from the barbecue here, but it was delicious. ✔️ Juicy pork ribs ✔️ Smoky, whole sausage ✔️ Crispy, savory chicken ✔️ A generous portion of potatoes, fries, and grilled vegetables ✔️ Perfect for two, and perfect for three The meat was of excellent quality and had such a vibrant flavor that I couldn't help but exclaim, "They do barbecue well here!" The variety of sauces offered was perfect for dipping into.

이런 식으로 선택지가 꽤 많아.
우리는 에일과 IPA로 골랐는데, 고기랑 먹으니까 기가 막히게 잘 맞음.
탄산감도 적당하고 끝맛이 깔끔해서 바베큐의 묵직함을 싹 잡아주더라.

This is a brewery, so beer is the main attraction! 📍Refreshing Ale 📍Fragrant IPA 📍Subtly Sweet Lager There are plenty of options. We chose the Ale and IPA, and they paired incredibly well with the meat. The carbonation was just right, and the clean finish cut through the heaviness of the barbecue.
