이번에 정선 여행하면서 점심은 고한 정담식당에서 해결했어.
숙소 근처에서 밥집 찾다가 현지분들이 추천하길래 들어갔는데,
역시 밥집은 ‘로컬 추천’이 답이더라 😊
During my recent trip to Jeongseon, I had lunch at Gohan Jeongdam Restaurant. I was looking for a restaurant near my accommodations when a local recommended it, so I went in. And as expected, "local recommendations" are the best when it comes to restaurants. 😊
🍱 생선구이 한상 Grilled Fish Set
우리가 시킨 건 3인상 생선구이 정식이었는데,
상 위에 반찬이 푸짐하게 차려져 있어서 보는 순간 기분 좋아졌어.
메인 생선은 고등어구이랑 가자미구이 두 종류가 나왔는데,
둘 다 노릇하게 잘 구워져서 밥 한 숟가락이 그냥 순식간이야.
고등어는 기름기가 적당히 돌면서 짭조름하고,
가자미는 살이 부드럽고 담백해서 완전 집밥 느낌.
반찬도 하나같이 깔끔해서 엄마 밥상 생각났어.
사진은 3인 기준 상차림인데,
보기에도 정갈하고 구성도 좋아서 여행 중 한 끼로 딱이야.
We ordered the grilled fish set for three, and the sight of the generous side dishes on the table made me happy the moment I saw it. We had two main dishes: grilled mackerel and grilled flounder. Both were perfectly golden-grilled, and a spoonful of rice went down in an instant. The mackerel was just the right amount of oily and salty, and the flounder was tender and light, giving it a truly home-cooked feel. The side dishes were all neat and tidy, reminding me of my mom's cooking.
The photo shows the set for three, and the presentation was neat and well-organized, making it the perfect meal for a trip.
