요즘 하루가 참 바쁘지?
(These days, life feels really busy, doesn’t it?)

그래서인지 오랜만에 친구랑 여유롭게 저녁 한잔할 시간이 얼마나 소중하던지 🍶
(Maybe that’s why having a relaxed dinner and drink with a friend felt so precious 🍶)

이번엔 분당 정자에 있는 해미옥에서 제대로 된 회 한상을 즐기고 왔어!
(This time, I enjoyed a full-course sashimi dinner at Haemiok in Jeongja, Bundang!)

 

 

 

🌊 분위기부터 남다른 정자 해미옥 Haemiok in Jeongja — a place with a special vibe

 

해미옥은 정자역에서 걸어서 5분 정도 — 조용한 골목 안에 자리 잡고 있어서 도심 속 휴식 같은 느낌이야.
(Haemiok is about a 5-minute walk from Jeongja Station, tucked into a quiet alley that feels like an oasis in the city.)

 

 

 

내부는 깔끔하면서도 은은한 조명이 포근하게 감싸주고,
(The interior is neat, with soft lighting that gives a cozy atmosphere,)

회 냄새보단 향긋한 바다 내음이 살짝 감도는 게 참 좋았어.
(I loved how it smelled faintly of the ocean rather than fishy.)

점심이 지난 시간이라 손님이 많지않아 시끌벅적하지 않고 오히려 분위기 있었어 🍷
( It was past lunch time so there weren't many customers and it wasn't noisy and had a nice atmosphere. 🍷)

 

 

 

🐟 해미찜, 도미회, 그리고 물회까지 완벽 조합  Haemi Steamed Fish, Red Sea Bream Sashimi, and Cold Fish Soup — the perfect trio

 

우선 해미찜이 정말 맛있더라. 2단 찜이라 기름기 쫙 빠지고 다양하고 단백해서 좋았지.
( First of all, the sea bream stew was really delicious. It was steamed two times, so the oiliness was completely drained, and it was varied and protein-rich, which was great.)

 

 

 

도미회는 신선함이 그대로 살아 있어서 씹을수록 단맛이 올라오고,
(The red sea bream sashimi was so fresh that the sweetness came out the more you chewed,)

 

 

 

 

물회는 새콤달콤하면서 얼음 동동 띄워서 한입 먹으면 피로가 싹 풀리는 느낌!
(and the cold fish soup was tangy and refreshing, with floating ice that instantly washed away all the fatigue!)

 

 

 

 

같이 간 친구랑 “이건 술이 그냥 넘어간다~” 하면서 잔을 부딪혔지 😄
(My friend and I laughed, saying, “This makes the drink go down so easily~,” and clinked our glasses 😄)

서비스도 친절했고, 음식 나오는 속도도 딱 적당했어.
(The service was friendly, and the dishes came out at just the right pace.)

무엇보다 신선한 재료 덕분에 한입 한입이 참 만족스러웠다니까.
(Most of all, the freshness of the ingredients made every bite satisfying.)
