부안노을축제 보러 갔다가, 축제장 도착하니 해가 졌더라구.
노을이 퍼지는 바닷가 근처에서 먹는 바지락칼국수라니, 생각했는데
그래서 바로 부안 황가네수산으로 향했지.
부안 현지인들도 자주 찾는 맛집이라더니 역시 이유가 있더라😋
I went to see the Buan Sunset Festival, and the sun had already set when I arrived. I thought, "Eating clam kalguksu near the beach with the sunset is amazing!" So I headed straight to Hwanggane Fisheries in Buan. I heard it's a popular restaurant among Buan locals, and there's a reason for that! 😋
🍜 황가네수산 가는 길
황가네수산은 전북 부안군 변산면 격포항길 15-3,
격포항 근처에 위치해 있어.
부안노을축제장(격포해변)에서도 걸어서 5분 거리라 축제 구경 전에나 후에 들르기 딱 좋아.
차로 오면 가게 앞 도로변과 인근 공영주차장에 주차할 수 있는데,
저녁 시간엔 조금 붐비니까 조금 일찍 가는 게 좋아.

Hwanggane Fisheries is located at 15-3 Gyeokpohang-gil, Byeonsan-myeon, Buan-gun, Jeollabuk-do near Gyeokpo Port. It's a five-minute walk from the Buan Sunset Festival venue (Gyeokpo Beach), making it a perfect stop before or after the festival. If you're driving, you can park on the road in front of the restaurant or in the nearby public parking lot. It gets a little crowded in the evening, so it's best to arrive a little early.

가게는 바다 근처에 있어 바다내음이 물씬하고, 안에는 활어 수조가 있어 신선도가 느껴져.
바닷바람과 어우러진 따뜻한 칼국수 냄새가 진짜 힐링이야.
부부 사장님이 직접 운영하시는지 손님들에게 친절하게 인사해주시더라 😊
축제때문에 늦게 가지 영업하는 줄 알았는데 원래도 늦게까지(~20:00) 한다고

The restaurant is located near the ocean, so the salty scent permeates the air, and the live fish tanks inside add a nice touch of freshness. The warm smell of kalguksu mixed with the sea breeze was truly healing. The husband and wife owners seemed to run the restaurant themselves, as they greeted customers warmly. 😊 I thought they were open late because of the festival, but they actually stay open late (until 8:00 PM).

주문한 건 바지락칼국수!
국물이 진짜 미쳤어. 해감이 완벽하게 된 바지락이 푸짐하게 들어있어서
한입 먹을 때마다 바다향이 확 올라오더라.
면발은 쫄깃하고, 국물은 시원하면서도 감칠맛 가득.
조개살이 탱글탱글해서 씹는 맛도 일품이야.
바지락이 얼마나 많이 들었는지
김치아니 무 한 젓가락 얹어 먹으니 완벽한 조합!
김치보다 무가 인기라고.
따뜻한 국물 덕분에 저녁 바람이 불어도 춥지 않았어.
“아… 이래서 부안맛집이구나” 싶었다니까? 😌

I ordered the clam kalguksu! The broth was incredible. It was filled with perfectly cooked clams, so the ocean aroma wafted through every bite. The noodles were chewy, and the broth was refreshing yet full of flavor. The clam meat was plump and chewy, and the texture was exquisite. You can tell they're loaded with clams. I topped it with a chopstickful of radish, not kimchi, and it was the perfect combination! They say radish is more popular than kimchi. Thanks to the warm broth, I didn't feel cold even when the evening breeze blew. "Ah... this is why it's a Buan restaurant," I thought. 😌

부안노을축제는 해가 지기 시작할 때가 진짜 하이라이트였을텐데~.
칼국수로 배를 채우고 축제장으로 걸어가니 이미 어두워져
불꽃놀이 시작 전까지 바닷가 축제장을 구경했는데,
따뜻한 한 끼 덕분에 저녁 공기가 더 기분 좋게 느껴졌지.

The real highlight of the Buan Sunset Festival was when the sun began to set. After filling up on kalguksu (noodles), I walked to the festival grounds, but it was already dark. I explored the seaside festival grounds before the fireworks began, and the warm meal made the evening air feel even more pleasant.
