우리 가족끼리 주말에 뭐 먹을지 한참 고민하다가,
친구가 예전에 말해줬던 수지 맛집 백소정 생각나서 가봤거든?
완전 대박. 진짜 괜히 유명한 거 아니더라.마제소바 + 돈카츠, 냉모밀 + 돈카츠 세트 이 조합… 먹자마자 눈 커졌어 🤯
수지 쪽에서 깔끔하게 면요리+돈카츠 제대로 즐기고 싶은 사람한테 완전 추천!
My family and I were wondering what to eat for the weekend, and then I remembered the Suji restaurant Baeksojeong that my friend told me about before, so we went there. It was totally awesome. It's not famous for nothing. Mazesoba + tonkatsu, cold buckwheat noodles + tonkatsu set... My eyes widened as soon as I ate it 🤯 I totally recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a clean noodle dish + tonkatsu in Suji!

토핑이 푸짐하게 올라간 비빔라멘 스타일!
비비는 순간 고소한 김가루와 진한 간장 베이스 소스 향이 퍼지는데
면발이 쫄깃하고 차슈도 짭조름하게 잘 어우러졌어요.
그리고… 하이라이트는!
Bibim Ramen style with generous toppings! The moment you mix it, the rich scent of seaweed powder and strong soy sauce base sauce spreads. The noodles are chewy and the char siu is salty and goes well together.
And… the highlight!
참고로 마제소바는 육수가 빠지고 기름기 있는 양념, 향이 강한 기름과 카에시(라멘소스) 그리고 각종 토핑을 넣어 섞어먹는 일본 비빔라멘의 일종이래.
For your information, Mazesoba is a type of Japanese mixed ramen where the broth is drained and oily seasoning, strong-smelling oil, kaeshi (ramen sauce), and various toppings are mixed together.

육수가 진하고 감칠맛 제대로!
무, 와사비 살짝 섞은 다음 면을 적셔 먹으면 깔끔하고 시원하게 입가심되는 맛.
여름철 메뉴로 강추!
The broth is rich and savory! If you mix in a little radish and wasabi and then soak the noodles in it, it tastes clean and refreshing. Highly recommended as a summer menu!

바삭한 튀김옷 + 도톰한 고기!
안 질기고 촉촉해서 아이들이랑 어르신들 모두 잘 드셨어요.
그냥 먹어도 맛있고, 소스랑도 잘 어울려요.
Crispy batter + thick meat! It's not chewy and moist, so both children and adults enjoyed it. It's delicious on its own, and goes well with sauce.

수지에서 이렇게 맛있고, 분위기 깔끔하고, 공깃밥 무제한까지 되는 맛집은 진짜 귀하잖아?
다음엔 친구들이랑 또 가서 츠케멘이랑 교자도 먹어보려고!

Since that day, I can't stop thinking about Mazesoba... A restaurant in Suji that's this delicious, has a clean atmosphere, and offers unlimited rice is really rare, right?
