진짜… 강릉 가면 무조건 들러야 한다는 동화가든 짬뽕순두부 다녀왔어!
너도 알지? 초당순두부마을에 있는 그 원조집!
Really… I went to Dongwha Garden Jjamppong Sundubu, which you absolutely must visit when you go to Gangneung! Do you know? The original restaurant in Chodang Sundubu Village!
🥄 짬뽕순두부가 이렇게 맛있다고? Jjamppong Sundubu is this delicious?
원래는 그냥 순두부찌개 팔던 집이었는데,
옛날에 어떤 손님이 짬뽕 국물에 순두부 넣어달라고 했다가
이게 대박나서 지금은 강릉 대표 메뉴가 됐다더라구.
해물은 얼마나 푸짐한지, 국물은 얼큰하면서 깊은 맛이 있고,
부드러운 순두부가 국물을 싹 흡수해서 진짜 숟가락 멈출 수가 없었어.
결국 밥까지 말아서 싹 비웠다
It used to be a place that just sold Sundubu Jjigae, but a long time ago, a customer asked for Sundubu to be added to the Jjamppong soup, and it became a huge hit, so now it’s Gangneung’s representative menu. The seafood is so generous, the soup is spicy yet deep, and the soft Sundubu absorbed all the soup, so I couldn’t stop eating it. In the end, I even finished it with rice.

✅ 짬뽕순두부(원조짬순, 15,000) – 무조건 시그니처, 해물 듬뿍에 국물 미쳤어
✅ 얼큰순두부(아침메뉴,11,000) – 짬뽕보다 덜 매운 담백 버전
✅ 안송자청국장(12,000) – 이건 다음 방문메뉴로 찜
가격도 1만 원대라 여행가서 먹기 부담 없고!
✅ Jjamppong Sundubu (Original Jjamppong, 15,000) – Definitely the signature dish, lots of seafood and crazy soup
✅ Spicy Sundubu (Breakfast menu, 11,000) – A mild version that is less spicy than Jjamppong
✅ Ansongja Cheonggukjang (12,000) – I’ll be ordering this as my next visit
The price is around 10,000 won, so it’s not a burden to eat while traveling!

주차장도 있어서 차 가져가도 되고,
강릉역에서 버스 타면 20분 정도면 도착!
경포해변이랑도 가까워서 바다 보고 바로 밥 먹기 코스로 딱이야.
📍 95 Chodang Sundubu-gil, Gangneung-si There’s a parking lot, so you can take your car, and if you take a bus from Gangneung Station, it takes about 20 minutes! It’s also close to Gyeongpo Beach, so it’s perfect for a course where you can see the ocean and eat right away.

야, 나 처음엔 “순두부랑 짬뽕이 어울릴까?” 했거든?
주문한지 3분도 안돼 음식이 나왔어.
웬만한 짜장면집보다 빠른듯..
근데 한입 먹자마자 오… 이래서 다들 강릉 오면 동화가든 간다 했구나!
매콤한데 해물 맛은 진하고, 순두부가 너무 부드러워서 계속 먹게 돼.
강릉 가면 그냥 무조건 가야 돼!
다음에 같이 가자, 진짜 후회 안 할 맛이야!
그냥 맛있는 식당이야!
Hey, at first I thought, "Would Sundubu and Jjamppong go well together?" The food came out in less than 3 minutes after ordering. It seems faster than most Jjajangmyeon restaurants.. But as soon as I took a bite, oh... That's why everyone says to go to Donghwa Garden when they come to Gangneung! It's spicy, but the seafood flavor is strong, and the Sundubu is so soft that you can't stop eating. If you go to Gangneung, you absolutely have to go there! Let's go together next time, you won't regret it! It's just a delicious restaurant!
