얼마 전, 충주 중앙탑공원에 늦게 도착해서 슬슬 출출할 때쯤
친구랑 찾아간 충주 중앙탑 맛집, 바로 채원식당!
처음엔 "쌈밥집이겠지~" 하고 별 생각 없이 들어갔는데
들어가자마자 헉?! 여긴 뭐지? 분위기부터 완전 반전이었어요.
A while ago, when I arrived late at Chungju Central Tower Park and was starting to feel hungry, I visited a famous restaurant in Chungju Central Tower with my friend, Chaewon Restaurant! At first, I thought, "It must be a ssam bap restaurant~" and went in without much thought, but as soon as I entered, gasp?! What is this place? The atmosphere was completely different.
🎨 여긴 미술관? 음악감상실? 식당 맞아? Is this an art gallery? A music appreciation room? A restaurant?
내부 인테리어가 정말 인상적이에요.
식당 벽면에 온갖 회화 작품, 사진, 아트프린트들이 빼곡히 걸려 있고,
식에는 고급 스피커와 음향기기가 설치돼 있어서
진짜 미술관 겸 음악 감상실에 들어온 기분이 들었어요.
알고 보니 사장님 부부가 미술과 음악을 진심으로 사랑하시는 분들이래요.
이 공간 자체가 두 분의 취미와 삶의 흔적이자, 손님을 위한 갤러리 겸 힐링 공간인 셈이죠.
The interior is really impressive. The walls of the restaurant are covered with all kinds of paintings, photos, and art prints, and the restaurant is equipped with high-end speakers and audio equipment, so I felt like I was in a real art gallery and music appreciation room. I found out that the owners and their husbands truly love art and music. This space itself is a trace of their hobbies and lives, and is a gallery and healing space for their customers.

이 집의 대표 메뉴는 단연 제육쌈밥!
제육볶음은 매콤달콤하면서 부드럽게 볶아져 있고,
상추, 깻잎, 치커리, 배추 등 쌈야채 종류도 엄청 풍성해요.
쌈에 싸 먹을 때 빠질 수 없는 우렁강된장,
그리고 구수한 된장찌개까지 기본 제공되는데,
밥 한 공기 그냥 사라지는 마법…! 😋
The signature menu of this restaurant is definitely Jeyuk ssam bap! The stir-fried pork is spicy and sweet and softly stir-fried, and there are a lot of wrap vegetables such as lettuce, perilla leaves, chicory, and cabbage. Uronggang soybean paste, which is a must when eating wraps, and even savory soybean paste stew are provided as a basic service, so that a bowl of rice just disappears magically… ! 😋
