Today, I decided to have a wonderful lunch with my wife for the first time in a while. We went to Pyeongchon Umong Black, a place I'd only heard about before. It perfectly captured the tastes of my meat-loving husband and I! From the reservation to the atmosphere, I was already brimming with anticipation before even stepping inside 😎

입맛을 살짝 깨워주는 오늘의 스프로 시작해서,
한입육회 → 한우육회 → 안심 → 채끝 → 꽃등심까지

 

 

 

The course is a veritable parade of high-quality Hanwoo beef! Starting with the soup of the day, which gently stimulated my appetite, we savored every cut of Hanwoo beef: from raw beef to raw beef, tenderloin, brisket, and ribeye.

 

 

진짜 한우의 모든 부위를 제대로 맛봤어.

중간중간 야채 가니쉬로 텀도 주고,
식사로는 철판볶음밥, 물냉/비냉까지.
마무리는 유자 샤베트로 깔끔하게 피니시!
고기도 고기지만 전체 구성의 흐름이 완벽해서
식사 내내 리듬이 참 좋더라고.

 

 

We enjoyed a delicious meal with vegetable garnishes throughout, and the meal included stir-fried rice on a hot plate, cold noodles, and cold noodles. We finished off with a refreshing yuzu sorbet! Not only was the meat delicious, but the overall presentation flowed perfectly, creating a wonderful rhythm throughout the meal.

 

 

 

룸 형식 좌석이라 둘만의 대화도 편했고,
직원분 응대도 매우 세심했어.
“이건 진짜 기념일에도 오겠다…”는 생각이 절로!
