오사이의 뜻은 "남자의 마지막 사랑"이라는 뜻이라고 해

🍙 영업시간 Business hours
예약은 필수고 2주 전부터 하는 게 좋아! 재미있는 건 입장 방식인데, 예약 시간 전에 도착하면 옆에 있는 전용 대기실에서 기다려. 모든 손님이 다 모이면 그때 다 같이 입장하는 거야. 그래서 늦으면 안 돼!
Reservations are required and it's best to make them 2 weeks in advance! The interesting thing is the entrance method. If you arrive before your reservation time, wait in the dedicated waiting room next to it. When all the guests gather, they all enter together. So you can't be late!

● 주말(토-일): 10:30 ~ 21:30 (브레이크타임: 14:30 ~ 16:30) 예약 시간에 맞춰 정시에 입장하며, 지연 시 입장이 제한될 수 있으니 시간을 준수해야해.

건대입구역 2호선/7호선 2번 출구에서 5분 거리야. 사실 조금 더 걸린듯.

🍱 오마카세 시작 Omakase Start
자리는 주방장님 앞에 ㄴ자로 둘러앉아서 초밥 만드는 과정을 직접 볼 수 있어 좋았어. 초밥을 만드는 주방장님의 번개같은 솜씨에 감탄하는 사에 초밥이 금방 금방 만들어져 나왔지. 내가 먹은 코스는 이렇게 나왔어:
It was nice to sit in an L-shape in front of the chef and watch the sushi making process directly. I was amazed by the sushi chef's lightning-quick skills, and the sushi came out in no time. Here's what I ate:
1️⃣ 광어에 유자 올린 거 (상큼함의 시작!) Floundfish with yuzu (the beginning of freshness!)
2️⃣ 청주+다시마로 숙성한 연어 (일반 연어랑 차원이 달라) Salmon aged with cheongju and kelp (a whole other level than regular salmon)
3️⃣ 참치속살 아카미 (이게 바로 진짜 참치맛!) Tuna meat Akami (This is the real taste of tuna!)
4️⃣ 구운한치 (불향 진짜 미쳤음) Grilled croaker (the smoky flavor is crazy)
5️⃣ 간장새우 (달달하면서 고소해) Soy sauce shrimp (sweet and savory)
6️⃣ 참치스테이크 (입에서 살살 녹아) Tuna steak (melts in your mouth)
7️⃣ 아귀간 안키모 (특이한데 중독성 있음) Monkfish liver ankimo (unique but addictive)
8️⃣ 가지 (셰프님의 센스!) Eggplant (chef's sense!)
9️⃣ 고등어 (이렇게 맛있는 고등어 처음이야) Mackerel (this is the first time I've seen such delicious mackerel)
🔟 후토마끼 (마지막 화룡점정) Futomaki (the last Hwa-ryong-jeom-jeong)
중간중간 계란말이랑 뜨끈한 우동이 나와서 입맛을 리셋해주고, 소스도 특별해. 생강 들어간 간장이랑 와사비를 따로 주시는데, 이게 또 각 초밥이랑 완벽한 조화를 이뤄. 마지막엔 오마자차로 마무리!
Egg rolls and hot udon noodles come out here and there to reset your appetite, and the sauce is also special. They serve soy sauce with ginger and wasabi separately, which goes perfectly with each sushi. We finish with Omajacha!

위치는 주변에 쇼핑하기도 좋고, 식사 후에는 건대 로데오거리에서 커피 한잔 하면서 마무리하면 완벽해!
근처에 어린이대공원이나 뚝섬한강공원도 있어서 산책하기도 좋아.
