🥗 세종에서 찾은 진짜 갈비탕 맛집
세종에서 갈비탕 맛집을 찾다가 이응갈비를 발견했어.
While searching for a galbitang restaurant in Sejong, I came across Leeung Galbi.
갈비 전문점답게 국물과 고기 퀄리티가 남다른 곳이었지.
As a galbi specialty restaurant, the quality of both broth and meat was outstanding.
🍲 진하게 우려낸 황금빛 국물
세종 갈비탕 맛집답게, 국물이 맑으면서도 깊은 황금빛이었어.
As expected from a galbitang restaurant in Sejong, the broth was clear yet deeply golden.
첫 숟갈을 뜨는 순간, 진하게 우려낸 소뼈 향과 깔끔한 맛이 입안 가득 퍼졌지.
The moment I took the first spoonful, the deep beef bone aroma and clean taste spread through my mouth.
🍖 부드러운 고기와 깍두기의 완벽한 조합
갈빗대가 큼직하게 들어 있어서 보기만 해도 든든했고, 고기는 젓가락만 대면 술술 발라졌어.
The big galbi ribs were satisfying to look at, and the meat just slid off with chopsticks.
밥에 국물 자작하게 말고 깍두기를 올리니, 세종 여행 중 최고의 한 끼가 완성되더라.
Mixing the broth with rice and topping it with kkakdugi made for the best meal of my Sejong trip.
