🏙 서울밤나들이의 시작, 청계천 불빛 따라
어제 서울빛초롱축제 다녀왔는데 진짜 예뻤어.
청계천 따라 걷다 보면 반짝이는 불빛들이 줄지어 이어지고,
그 아래로는 물결이 반사돼서 마치 서울 한복판에 또 다른 세상이 열리는 느낌이야.
사람이 정말 많았는데, 특히 외국인 관광객이 엄청 많더라.
여기가 서울인지 외국 축제장인지 헷갈릴 정도였어.

I went to the Seoul Lantern Festival yesterday, and it was truly beautiful. Walking along Cheonggyecheon, twinkling lights lined the stream, reflecting on the water below, it felt like another world had opened up in the heart of Seoul. There were so many people, especially foreign tourists. It was hard to tell if I was in Seoul or at a festival abroad.

청계천 입구부터 끝까지 걷다 보면
사계절의 변화, 전통시장, 서울의 옛 모습,
그리고 미래 도시를 표현한 조명 작품들이 차례로 등장해.
단순히 조명이 아니라,
서울이라는 도시의 정서를 예쁘게 빛으로 풀어낸 전시였어.
💡 Seoul Lantern Festival, A Story Made of Light
The theme of this festival was "A magical moment unfolding on a winter night in Seoul." Walking from the entrance to the end of Cheonggyecheon, I encountered lighting installations depicting the changing seasons, traditional markets, Seoul's past, and the future of the city. It wasn't just about lights; it was a beautiful display that beautifully captured the spirit of Seoul through light.
🐟 인기 포토존, 잉어킹 이벤트존
그중에서도 단연 인기가 많았던 곳은 잉어킹 이벤트존이었어.
물 위에서 커다란 잉어 모양 조명이 반짝이는데
아이들이 환호성을 지르고, 어른들도 사진 찍느라 바빴어.
빛이 물결에 반사되니까 진짜 살아 움직이는 것 같았거든.
그 순간은 남녀노소 모두가 잠깐 동심으로 돌아간 느낌이었어.
🐟 Popular Photo Zone, Ingeoking Event Zone
The Ingeoking Event Zone was by far the most popular. A large carp-shaped light shimmered on the water, and children cheered, and adults were busy taking pictures. The light reflected off the waves, making it seem almost alive. That moment brought a brief respite for everyone, young and old, as if they were children again.
📸 곳곳에 숨어있는 포토존
조명 외에도 사진 찍기 좋은 포인트가 진짜 많았어.
한복 입은 캐릭터 조형물, 서울의 랜드마크를 형상화한 조명,
빛 터널까지 —
걷다 보면 “여기서 한 장 찍어야지” 싶은 곳들이 계속 나와.
특히 청계천 위로 반사되는 조명은 꼭 직접 봐야 해.
📸 Hidden Photo Zones All Over the Place
Beyond the lights, there were so many photogenic spots. Sculptures of characters in hanbok, lights modeling Seoul landmarks, and even a light tunnel— as you walk, you'll find yourself constantly wanting to take a photo. The lights reflecting off Cheonggyecheon Stream are especially worth seeing.

날씨가 쌀쌀하긴 하지만
따뜻한 커피 한 잔 들고 천천히 걸으면 전혀 춥지 않아.
해가 완전히 진 저녁 7시 이후에 가면 조명이 제일 예쁘게 빛나고
사진도 훨씬 잘 나와.
짧게 산책하듯 다녀오기도 좋고,
데이트나 퇴근 후 힐링 산책 코스로도 딱이야.
축제는 10시까지니까 꼭 잊지마.

The weather is chilly, but if you walk slowly with a warm cup of coffee in hand, you won't feel cold at all. If you go after 7 p.m., when the sun has completely set, the lights are at their most beautiful, and the photos are even better. It's a great place for a short stroll, or even a perfect date or after-work stroll. The festival runs until 10 p.m., so don't forget.
