거창에 다녀왔어!
이번 여행은 무조건 맛집부터! 그래서 들린 곳이 바로 ‘가미국수’.
국수 좋아하는 친구들이랑 갔더니 주문이 쏟아짐 ㅋㅋ
들깨수제비, 콩국수, 비빔국수, 잔치국수, 그리고 육전까지!
우리 정말 제대로 먹었어 😋
I went to Geochang! This trip, I'm definitely going to start with a good restaurant! That's why I stopped by "Gam Guksu." I went with friends who love noodles, and they all ordered a ton, lol. Perilla leaf sujebi, kongguksu, bibim guksu, janchi guksu, and even yukjeon (Korean beef pancake)! We really ate our fill 😋
🍽 메뉴 하나하나 자랑 좀 할게! Let me brag about each dish!
▪️들깨수제비(7,000)는 고소~한 들깨 국물이 진국! 부드럽고 진하면서도 담백해서 숟가락 멈출 수가 없었지.
▪️Perilla leaf sujebi (7,000) is a rich, nutty perilla broth! It's smooth, rich, yet light, and I couldn't put it down.
▪️콩국수(8,000)는 여름 필수템. 고소함 폭발! 콩물이 진득한 게 여기가 진짜 제대로다.
▪️Kong guksu (8,000) is a summer must-have. It's bursting with flavor! The rich, soybean broth is truly the best here.
▪️비빔국수(6,000)는 양념이 자극적이지 않고 딱 적당히 매콤! 면발도 쫄깃하고 간도 Good!
▪️Bibim guksu (6,000) isn't overpowering, but just the right amount of spicy! The noodles are chewy and well-seasoned!
▪️가미(잔치)국수(6,000)는 심플하지만 육수가 깔끔해서 해장용으로 딱.
▪️Gami (Janchi) guksu (6,000) is simple, but the broth is clean, making it perfect for a hangover cure.
▪️육전(小 10,000, 大 15,000)은 말해 뭐해~ 부침개처럼 얇은 고기 위에 계란옷 입혀 부쳐냈는데, 국수랑 같이 먹으면 천국이야.
▪️Yukjeon (small 10,000, large 15,000) is beyond words! It's thin, pan-fried meat coated in egg, and paired with noodles, it's heavenly.
식당 분위기도 정겹고, 어르신들도 많이 오시는 걸 보니 진짜 로컬 맛집 인증!
손님 많았지만 회전도 빨라서 금방 자리에 앉았고, 무엇보다 가격 대비 양도 푸짐해서 만족도 100%.
The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and seeing many elderly customers makes it a true local favorite! It was crowded, but the turnover was fast, so we were seated quickly. Best of all, the portions were generous for the price, so I was 100% satisfied.
🛍 식사 후, 거창전통시장 구경까지! After dinner, a visit to Geochang Traditional Market!
배 빵빵하게 채우고 근처 거창전통시장도 잠깐 둘러봤어.
각종 농산물, 과일, 정겨운 분식집들, 그리고 직접 만든 김치며 반찬들도 눈에 띄더라구.
시장 한 바퀴 도니 어릴 적 시장 놀이터 같았던 기억도 살짝 떠오르고…
이런 게 여행의 소소한 행복 아닌가 싶더라 😊
After filling my stomach, I took a quick look around the nearby Geochang Traditional Market. I noticed various produce, fruits, cozy snack shops, and homemade kimchi and side dishes. A stroll around the market brought back memories of my childhood, like a playground... I think these are the small joys of travel. 😊
