Seeing the certification that this place is run by Park Dong-shin, a Master in the meat sector, my confidence soared even before tasting the food. On one side of the store, various home-style meal kits, such as Beef Bosingukbap and Hanwoo Clear Gomtang, were being sold at a discount so you can enjoy the same taste at home. It is worth noting that you can also have the Master's culinary touch sent as holiday gifts or via courier.

The visual was truly artistic, with meat piled high on the plate and topped generously with fresh shredded green onions. To accompany the bulgogi, fresh leafy vegetables such as king oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, white wood ear mushrooms, pumpkin, and bok choy are served neatly arranged in a bamboo steamer. The clear engraving of 'Dongchuwon' on the mushrooms adds to the feeling of being treated like royalty. The bulgogi, simmered in broth on a brass grill, was neither overly sweet nor salty, but rather had a subtle umami flavor that suited my parents' palates perfectly.
2. Grilled Squid with a Spicy Smoky Aroma This is the perfect dish to enjoy when you crave something spicy in the middle of eating the sweet bulgogi. Plump squid and green onions are stir-fried over an open flame in a spicy sauce, creating an exquisite smoky aroma that tickles the nose. Thanks to its chewy texture and sweet and spicy seasoning, it was a delicacy that was great as a side dish for rice or an excellent accompaniment to drinks.
🍹 Dessert to Provide a Thoughtful Finish Towards the end of the meal, the Omija tea included in the set menu is served in a traditional ceramic cup. The reddish, sweet and sour Omija tea cleanses the palate. But that’s not all; on one side of the restaurant, there is also a 3-tier soft serve ice cream machine that kids absolutely love. We were able to perfectly wrap up our sweet dessert time with ice cream featuring a smooth blend of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla flavors.
