2025년 5월 21일, 서울 코엑스에서 열린 KOBA 2025 (코리아국제방송·미디어·음향·조명전) 첫날 현장을 다녀왔어.
예상은 했지만… 사람 정말 많았어요! 방송장비, 프로 오디오, 미디어 테크놀로지에 관심 있는 사람들로 북적북적.
On May 21, 2025, I visited the first day of KOBA 2025 (Korea International Broadcasting, Media, Sound, and Lighting Show) held at COEX in Seoul. As expected… there were really a lot of people! It was bustling with people interested in broadcasting equipment, pro audio, and media technology.

KOBA는 무료 사전등록(~4월 30일) 시 무료 입장이 가능했는데,
나는 그걸 놓쳐서… 😅 2차 사전등록(5월 1일~18일)로 10,000원 내고 입장했어.
지금은 아쉽게도 사전등록 마감이라 현장 등록만 가능해! (요금 더 비쌈 ㅠㅠ)
내년엔 꼭 잊지 말고 무료 등록 챙기자…!
KOBA had free admission with free pre-registration (~April 30), but I missed it… 😅 I paid 10,000 won for 2nd pre-registration (May 1~18). Unfortunately, pre-registration is closed now, so only on-site registration is possible! (It’s more expensive ㅠㅠ) Don’t forget to register for free next year…!
📸 여행블로거의 카메라 천국 체험기 Travel blogger’s camera paradise experience
여행 블로그를 운영하다 보니 이번 전시에서 가장 집중한 분야는 역시 카메라 브랜드 부스!
특히 C홀에는 캐논과 니콘, D홀에는 소니, 후지필름, 파나소닉이 나란히 전시돼 있어서 브랜드별 비교 체험이 정말 쉬웠어.
게다가 눈길을 끌었던 부스도 있었는데,
이미지 보정 프로그램 EVOTO, 그리고 영상 편집툴 블랙매직디자인 부스도 인상적이었어.
As I run a travel blog, the area I focused on the most at this exhibition was the camera brand booths! In particular, Canon and Nikon were displayed side by side in Hall C, and Sony, Fujifilm, and Panasonic were displayed side by side in Hall D, so it was really easy to compare and experience each brand. In addition, there were booths that caught my eye, such as the image correction program EVOTO and the video editing tool Blackmagic Design booth.

🔴 캐논 (Canon)
C홀에 부스를 꾸민 캐논은 여전히 두터운 팬층!
전문 모델이 있는 촬영존이 마련돼 있어 조명 세팅까지 스튜디오급이었고,
EOS R5 Mark II 등 최신 기종도 직접 만져보고 촬영할 수 있었어.
Canon, which had a booth in Hall C, still has a thick fan base! There was a photo zone with professional models, so even the lighting settings were studio-level, and I was able to touch and shoot the latest models, such as the EOS R5 Mark II.
🟡 니콘 (Nikon)
니콘 부스도 관람객이 많았고, Z8, Zf 등 최신 미러리스 라인업이 전시돼 있었어.
AF 성능과 손떨림 보정 테스트까지 직접 해볼 수 있었고,
브랜드 특유의 묵직하고 안정적인 조작감이 인상 깊었지.
The Nikon booth was also crowded, and the latest mirrorless lineup, such as the Z8 and Zf, were on display. I was able to test the AF performance and image stabilization myself, and the brand's signature solid and stable handling was impressive.
🔵 소니 (SONY)
D홀에 위치한 소니는 A7R V, FX3 등 최신 고성능 미러리스 중심으로 구성돼 있었어.
AF 속도와 추적 성능을 직접 테스트하며 모델 촬영까지 할 수 있었고,
선명도와 색감에서 소니 특유의 날카로움이 확실히 느껴졌어.
Located in Hall D, Sony was centered around the latest high-performance mirrorless models, such as the A7R V and FX3. I was able to test the AF speed and tracking performance myself, and even shoot models, and I could definitely feel the sharpness that is unique to Sony in terms of clarity and color.
🟢 후지필름 (Fujifilm)
감성 카메라 브랜드답게 빈티지한 콘셉트로 부스를 꾸며놨더라.
X100VI, GFX100 II 같은 최신 기종도 체험 가능했고,
필름 시뮬레이션을 활용한 촬영이 정말 재밌었어!
As expected from an emotional camera brand, the booth was decorated with a vintage concept. We were able to experience the latest models such as the X100VI and GFX100 II, and it was really fun to shoot using film simulation!
🟣 파나소닉 (Panasonic)
영상 크리에이터에 최적화된 장비들이 주를 이뤘어.
Lumix GH7, S5IIX 등 최신 카메라 라인업을 직접 조작해볼 수 있었고,
현장에서는 라이브 스트리밍 데모도 진행돼 흥미로웠어.
The equipment was optimized for video creators. We were able to directly operate the latest camera lineup such as the Lumix GH7 and S5IIX, and there was also a live streaming demo on site, which was interesting.

각 부스에는 전문 모델들이 배치되어 있어, 직접 촬영해보며 카메라 성능을 체감할 수 있는 시간이었습니다.
덕분에 평소에 쓰는 카메라와 비교도 하고, 브랜드별로 어떤 느낌의 결과물이 나오는지 생생하게 경험할 수 있었죠.
Each booth had professional models, so we were able to experience the camera performance by shooting directly. Thanks to this, we were able to compare it to the cameras we usually use, and we were able to vividly experience what kind of results each brand produces.

광고로만 접했던 프로그램인데 이번에 처음 써봤어.
사람의 눈, 코, 입, 입술, 머리카락 하나하나까지 섬세하게 보정이 가능하더라고.
딱히 전문가가 아니어도 직관적으로 사용할 수 있어 블로거나 포토그래퍼에겐 유용할 듯!
I had only seen this program in advertisements, but this was my first time using it. It is possible to precisely adjust a person's eyes, nose, mouth, lips, and even hair. Even if you are not an expert, it is intuitive to use, so it seems useful for bloggers and photographers!
🎞️ 블랙매직디자인 Blackmagic Design
영상 제작 툴을 다루는 사람이라면 절대 그냥 못 지나칠 부스였지.
실시간 데모도 진행 중이라 사람들 발길이 끊이질 않았어.
영상 편집, 컬러 그레이딩, 라이브 프로덕션까지 통합된 기능이 정말 놀라웠어.
This booth is one that anyone who handles video production tools can never pass up. There was a live demo going on, so people kept coming. The integrated functions of video editing, color grading, and live production were really amazing.

카메라 외에도 방송 송출 장비, 오디오 믹서, 조명 기기, VR/AR 기술 등 다양한 콘텐츠가 준비되어 있어서
크리에이터나 1인 미디어, 유튜버, 영상 편집자라면 꼭 한 번 와볼만한 전시회예요.
In addition to cameras, there are various contents such as broadcasting equipment, audio mixers, lighting equipment, VR/AR technology, etc. It is an exhibition that creators, one-person media, YouTubers, and video editors must visit at least once.
